Temporary Summer HR Intern, Join Our Team for the Summer!
Are you organized, curious, and looking to gain real-world experience in Human Resources? We are looking for a motivated and dependable Temporary Summer HR Intern to support our HR department during the busy summer season. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn practical HR skills, build your resume, and be part of a supportive team environment.
This position will provide administrative support and coverage while our HR team member is on summer holiday, ensuring day-to-day operations continue to run smoothly.
- Start Date: May or June 2026 (flexible based on availability)
- End Date: End of August 2026
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Summer HR Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting daily HR and administrative functions. Duties may include:
- Assisting with filing, scanning, and organizing employee records
- Supporting onboarding and orientation preparation
- Responding to basic employee inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person
- Updating spreadsheets and maintaining documentation
- Assisting with data entry and general administrative tasks
- Providing general office coverage and support during staff absences
- Maintaining confidentiality of employee and company information
No prior HR experience is required, we will train the right person!
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, positive, and eager to learn. Ideal candidates will:
- Be currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Be comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office
- Be dependable and able to work independently when needed
- Demonstrate professionalism and respect for confidentiality
- Have a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
