Full-Time Dental Hygienist – Join Our Growing Team!

💰 $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a full-time, detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our busy and well-established general dental practice. This position is ideal for a hygienist who values consistency, clinical excellence, and a supportive, team-focused environment. If you are reliable, self-motivated, and take pride in delivering high-quality patient care, we would love to meet you.

Office Hours:

• Monday: 8:00–5:00
• Tuesday: 7:20–2:00
• Wednesday: 8:00–5:00
• Thursday: 8:30–5:30

Appointment Structure:

• 1 hour for new patients
• 50–60 minutes for adult recare & periodontal maintenance
• Scaling & root planing scheduled based on clinical need

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive, compassionate dental hygiene care to patients of all ages
• Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and recommended treatments
• Collaborate closely with doctors and the clinical team to ensure exceptional care
• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical notes and patient records
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming office culture

What We’re Looking For

• Active South Carolina Dental Hygiene license
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-first approach
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-driven work ethic
• Excellent communication and patient handoff skills
• Proficiency with dental software and clinical documentation
• Ability to work efficiently while delivering personalized care
