• Direct the entire project lifecycle from initial RFP solicitation through final closeout with total autonomy.

• Formulate winning bids and technical proposals for high-stakes technology, medical, and R&D facilities.

• Execute complex commercial builds while navigating the ambiguity of an evolving startup environment.

• Strengthen client relationships through confident, professional representation and transparent communication.

• Manage project logistics and team dynamics to ensure all site operations meet rigorous quality standards.

• Cultivate new business opportunities to directly influence the long-term growth and scaling of the company.

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience specifically within technology, medical, or R&D sectors.

• Proven track record as a "seller-doer" capable of bidding and running projects with minimal oversight.

• Must have experience overseeing multiple projects at once, upwards of $1 MIL+ each.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and operate effectively in environments where systems are still being built.

• Exceptional client-facing communication skills and a high degree of professional confidence.

• Experience in with start to finish commercial construction or high-tech facility projects and renovations.

• Strong local network within the Pleasanton or Bay Area commercial real estate and construction industry.

• Advanced proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools.
