Maintenance Technician (Fuel & Facilities) – EZ Stop / Calloway Oil

$18 – $26/hour (based on experience; higher with CDL)

Location: East Tennessee

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

What You'll Do

You'll work across multiple store locations keeping critical equipment and facilities operational, safe, and customer-ready.

Day-to-day looks like:

• Maintain and repair fuel systems (dispensers, tanks, lines, piping)
• Troubleshoot and fix POS systems, payment equipment, and registers
• Service coolers, refrigeration, and food/coffee equipment
• Handle lighting, electrical, and general building maintenance
• Perform basic plumbing and mechanical repairs
• Complete preventative maintenance and respond to urgent issues
• Partner with the Maintenance Lead on projects across locations
• Use tools, equipment, and your own judgment to solve problems quickly

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate company vehicles and travel between locations
• Ability to perform physical work (lifting, tools, outdoor conditions)

Preferred (but not required):

• CDL (Commercial Driver's License) – a strong plus for operating certain equipment and supporting fuel-related work
• Experience in fuel systems, refrigeration, or multi-site maintenance

Schedule & Coverage

• Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Rotating after-hours and weekend on-call coverage (shared across team)
