Beck’s Car Wash locations deliver a high-quality experience through fast service, strong teamwork, and consistent wash performance. The Car Wash Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of daily operations, developing the team, and ensuring the site runs efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

This role is key to driving performance, maintaining standards, and building a strong, accountable team.

What You Will Do:

• Lead all daily operations to ensure fast, friendly, and efficient service
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members to meet performance expectations
• Ensure vehicles are properly prepped and wash quality standards are consistently met
• Manage traffic flow and site operations, especially during high volume periods
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Create and manage team schedules, ensuring proper staffing and coverage
• Oversee cash handling procedures, including daily reconciliation and reporting
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment at all times
• Monitor site performance and implement improvements to drive results

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous leadership or management experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
• Mechanically inclined, or willing to learn equipment troubleshooting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends
• Ability to lift up to fifty pounds and work in various weather conditions
