This is a highly visible leadership role focused on scaling best practices and improving enterprise-wide deal performance.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, legal, product, and subject matter experts to streamline complex deal orchestration and execution
  • Identify operational inefficiencies in deal development and implement process improvements to increase speed, quality, and consistency
  • Drive adoption of standardized deal frameworks and enablement tools across commercial teams to strengthen execution capability at scale

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in commercial strategy, enterprise sales, deal architecture, consulting, or strategic program leadership
  • 8+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional initiatives or teams in complex organizational environments
  • Strong expertise in shaping large, multi-stakeholder commercial deals and partnership structures
  • Proven ability to develop executive-level messaging, strategic narratives, and value-based storytelling frameworks
  • Experience building scalable commercial toolkits, templates, or standardized operating frameworks
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working across sales, finance, product, and legal teams
  • Advanced degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience in business, strategy, or related field

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary estimated between 124,000 and 190,850 dollars depending on experience and location
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Global organization with strong focus on healthcare innovation and impact
  • Opportunities to work on high-value enterprise deals with senior leadership exposure
