Job Title: Junior Scheduler

APSI is currently seeking a Mid- level Junior Scheduler to join our Irvine team.

• Review of baseline schedules, monthly/weekly schedule updates, revisions.

• Analyze cost and resource loading in the baseline and monthly schedule update and run regular cash flow reports.

• Prepare what-if scenario schedules that are based on change in sequence and inform management of possible outcome of the re-sequence.

• Review/analyze time impacts and provide time impact resolution.

• Good verbal and written communication is must.

• B.S. in civil or construction management with:

• Mid-Level Scheduler: 5-7 years of experience

• Junior Scheduler: 3-5 years of experience

• Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and willingness to assume additional responsibilities

• Previous work experience as a scheduler.

• Very good knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, and strong knowledge of Oracle P6, including MS Office Suite and Bluebeam.
