• Install, replace, retrofit, and remodel residential HVAC systems
• Perform ductwork and duct modifications, including sheet metal work
• Diagnose install-related issues and ensure systems operate properly
• Communicate effectively with project managers, apprentices, and homeowners
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces when required
• Safely lift up to 75 lbs and follow all safety standards
• Complete installations with precision and pride
• Collect payments when required
• Participate in a rotating weekend schedule
• Handle additional install-related duties as assigned
  

• 5+ years HVAC installation experience
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• NATE certification a plus
• OSHA 10+ preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays

Pay: $30–$40 per hour
