Pay Rate: Up to $35/hour (DOE)

HTI is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a global manufacturing client in Seneca, South Carolina. This is a day-shift opportunity in a stable, high-performing industrial environment with strong pay and long-term growth potential.
Position OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with the reliability team to maintain plant equipment and systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
What You’ll DoDuring your 12-hour day shift, you will:
Collaborate with the reliability group to identify equipment and system issues
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and prevent breakdowns
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on industrial equipment
Perform metal fabrication, welding, and related mechanical work
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on plant and facility equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
Work independently when needed and follow written instructions
Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and cutting/burning tools
Operate material handling equipment as required
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Complete all maintenance documentation accurately and on time
High School Diploma or GED required (Technical Degree preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
Experience with precision maintenance on rotating equipment
Familiarity with SAP or similar maintenance systems
Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Proven commitment to safety and teamwork
Pay up to $35/hour (depending on experience)
