HTI is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a global manufacturing client in Seneca, South Carolina. This is a day-shift opportunity in a stable, high-performing industrial environment with strong pay and long-term growth potential.

Position Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with the reliability team to maintain plant equipment and systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

What You’ll Do

During your 12-hour day shift, you will:

• Collaborate with the reliability group to identify equipment and system issues

• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and prevent breakdowns

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on industrial equipment

• Perform metal fabrication, welding, and related mechanical work

• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on plant and facility equipment

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner

• Work independently when needed and follow written instructions

• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and cutting/burning tools

• Operate material handling equipment as required

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Complete all maintenance documentation accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required (Technical Degree preferred)

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience

• Experience with precision maintenance on rotating equipment

• Familiarity with SAP or similar maintenance systems

• Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Proven commitment to safety and teamwork
