NOW HIRING TREE AND SHRUB SPECIALIST – FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY

STARTING PAY OF $30.00 - $45.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Sterling Tree & Lawn is hiring a Tree and Shrub Specialist to deliver high-quality groundskeeping and landscaping maintenance services to residential and commercial customers. You’ll apply fertilizers and weed/pest control products to promote the healthy growth of grass, plants, trees, and shrubs, while solving customer problems and maintaining vibrant, beautiful outdoor spaces. You'll also build strong customer relationships and help ensure every property looks its best.

• Apply fertilizers and pest/weed control products safely and accurately
• Inspect properties and identify turf or plant health issues
• Educate customers on lawn care best practices and seasonal landscape maintenance
• Load/unload equipment and maintain service documentation
• Maintain tools, follow safety procedures, and ensure customer satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical
• Comfortable working outdoors and lifting 50–80 lbs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Lawn care, groundskeeping, or fertilization experience preferred
