Position Overview: 
The Senior RBT will provide administrative and clinical leadership to a small team of highly trained and motivated BT & RBT's. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring clinical excellence while providing superior mentorship and development of the team members. They embody patience, clear and concise communication, creative problem-solving skills, and thrive in an environment of innovation and change. This person is a team player and finds working with children to be highly rewarding.

Compensation:

  • $23.00 - $26.00 hourly

Work Schedule:

  • Center Hours – Mon.-Fri. 7am-6pm
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the RBTs and BTs during active sessions
  • Weekly Check-ins with BCBA 's
  • Conduct therapy sessions using creative and play-based teaching methods
  • Support a wide range of behaviors in a collaborative environment
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation related to therapy sessions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1yr as an RBT
  • Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Current RBT certification.
  • Ability to pass a background check, reference checks, and ability to obtain Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Empathy and compassion for children, particularly those with developmental delays
  • High energy level and physical ability to engage in activities such as running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 50% of the workday.
