Job Summary:

As a Parts Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of NAPA, providing top-notch service by answering customer inquiries, sharing product knowledge, handling orders and payments, and ensuring smooth operations in our store. We’re looking for someone who can upsell and provide expert advice while delivering an exceptional experience every time!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the way in customer service: Greet customers, answer their questions, and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs.
• Sales and Relationship Building: Develop relationships with current and potential customers, upsell products, and drive sales through exceptional service and proactive outreach.
• Inventory Management: Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and up-to-date with the latest inventory and catalog information.
• Keep the Store Running Smoothly: Handle all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing, maintaining a clean store, and assisting with stock orders, freight, and backroom organization.
• Hands-On Work: If you’re forklift certified, you’ll be unloading deliveries and ensuring products are placed in the right locations.
• Sales Growth: Prospect and follow up on sales leads, developing new business opportunities to boost sales and help our team grow.

Compensation & Benefits:

$20 - $25 per hour + Commission – Competitive pay with performance-based incentives!

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• Strong experience in automotive parts sales or similar customer-facing roles.
• A passion for the auto industry and helping others find the right solutions for their needs.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Preferred:

• 1+ years of experience in automotive mechanics or parts.
• Forklift Driver Certification.
• Bilingual (Spanish).

Schedule:

Saturday availability is a must!
