In this role, you’ll be focusing on developer-focused documentation, utilizing technical writing and in-depth understanding of software development concepts.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business on researching technical specifications and improving documentation based on user feedback and demands
• Create and refine documentation for GDKs, APIs, and related developer-focused content to meet the utmost quality, clarity and accuracy
• Develop installation guides, setup instructions, and usage documentation for GDK libraries
• Present complex technical information in an easily understandable, audience-friendly format
• Stay updated on the latest GDK features, best practices, and industry trends
• Explore the use of multimedia content to enhance documentation effectiveness, ensuring that documents are accurate, timely, and within industry standards

The ideal candidate would have:

• A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a technical writer, preferably with SDKs, APIs, or developer-focused documentation
• Exceptional communication skills, adept in translating and understanding complex technical concepts
• In-depth understanding of software development concepts, APIs, SDKs, and Typescript-based libraries
• Familiarity with using industry-standard documentation tools and platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
