You will manage executive-level recruiting projects, providing our diverse clients—ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies—with strategic talent acquisition solutions. You will identify, attract, and thoroughly vet senior-level candidates, ensuring optimal cultural and strategic fit for client organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive searches for executive positions, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidate compatibility.

• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-tier executives.

• Foster strong candidate relationships and clearly communicate opportunities.

• Present qualified candidate recommendations and detailed candidate profiles to clients.

• Manage candidate negotiation processes effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master’s preferred.

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in executive search.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
