Customer Service Representative at TRACIE BROWN INSURANCE AGENCY LLC – Ashtabula, Ohio

Introduction:

I am seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join my team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for efficiently handling customer service transaction requests for customers. The successful candidate must be reliable, will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

• Hourly pay plus commission/bonus with potential to earn up to $75,000 annually

• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred but not required
• Ability to be coachable and follow agency business model
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• People-oriented
• Self-motivated with an outstanding positive attitude
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Property and Casualty license (Agency will help you obtain if does not have a current license)
• Life and Health license (Agency will help you obtain if does not have a current license)
