Roles & Responsibilities of the Shift Leader:
· Product Quality and ingredient variation/adjustments
· Review and Verification of QCPs for completeness and sufficient corrective actions.
· Ensure process accuracy throughout the operational value chain.
· Management of production/dough Schedule
· Labor management/utilization
· Team development
· High level knowledge of all processes (working towards SME)
· Shift Waste and KPI reporting
· Understand and application of Lean tools in problem solving
· Communication with Departmental managers of shift issues RCA and CA
Metrics Measured for this Role:

· Near Miss, lost time, and recordables

· Complaints, SQF, Customer audits,

· Waste, OT%, Efficiency, and material cost

Preferred Certifications & Education for This Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain and operations management, or related field.
- At least five (5) years’ experience in food manufacturing supervision
- Six Sigma Green belt and or Black Belt certification

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
