What You’ll Do:
- Quality Care: Give and assist with the physical care of patients, responding to changing patient conditions appropriately with alertness and adaptability and reporting any changes observed in the condition or behavior of patients and unusual incidents.
- Patient Safety/Patient Rights: Participate actively in efforts to reduce adverse patient care events, protect patient information, and act ethically in all areas of practice. Complete required documentation in a timely manner and participate in the delivery of the Nursing Plan of Care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively and effectively with all members of the patient care team.
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Licensed Nursing Assistant program
- Experience in a health care setting
- Current LNA licensure in the State of New Hampshire
- Current BLS certification (adult, child, and infant)
- Demonstrated independent judgment in times of need, along with the ability to seek guidance and/or support from appropriate resources
- Computer literacy
- Ability to write clearly and concisely
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
