Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Follow-Up Agent to join our growing roofing company. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers who have previously received an estimate but have not yet moved forward with our services. Your primary goal will be to follow up with these leads, send proposals, and negotiate terms in order to secure their business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone to follow up on previous roofing estimates.
• Review customer details and tailor proposals to address their specific needs.
• Use excellent negotiation skills to encourage customers to move forward with the services.
• Handle objections professionally and offer solutions that meet customer expectations.
• Send updated or revised proposals based on customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition from proposal to job scheduling.
• Meet daily/weekly goals for follow-up calls and successful conversions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a follow-up role, preferably in the home improvement or roofing industry.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly phone demeanor.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to tailor proposals to customer needs.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Proficient in using CRM systems or similar software for tracking leads and proposals.
• Knowledge of roofing services and products is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
