Responsibilities may include:

• Demonstrating positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high performing team
• Ensuring your team meets and exceeds Culver's standards regarding service, quality and cleanliness
• Leading and motivating your team to provide exceptional guest encounters
• Scheduling team members and managing labor
• Monitoring, ordering, and maintaining proper levels of inventory
• Preparing, cooking and serving fresh quality meals and desserts

Qualifications:

• An energetic, outgoing personality
• A strong desire to succeed
• Strong communication and organization skills
• 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is preferred
