MANAGEMENT JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate daily restaurant management operations
  • Ensure superior food and beverage service; maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
  • Coordinate daily FOH and BOH operations
  • Regularly view product quality and employee efficiency
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, cleaning products, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Manage restaurant’s image within the local community and suggest ways to improve it
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste and maximize profits
  • Complete daily shift reports
  • Train new and current employees on proper practices
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
