Flooring Sales Professional at Skaff Carpet & Furniture Co – Flint, Michigan

Are you passionate about design, love helping people transform their homes, and thrive in a sales environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic Flooring Sales Professional to join our team and help customers find the perfect floor for every space.

What You'll Do

· Greet and assist customers in our showroom, guiding them through our wide selection of hardwood, waterproof flooring, carpet, and more

· Listen to customer needs and recommend flooring solutions that fit their style, budget, and lifestyle

· Provide accurate product information, pricing, and installation details

· Build lasting relationships that turn first-time buyers into loyal customers

· Meet and exceed individual sales goals

What We're Looking For

· At least 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience (flooring or home improvement experience is a plus, but not required)

· A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly

· Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design

· Self-motivated with a drive to hit targets and earn more

· Reliable, punctual, and a true team player

· Ability to work weekends
