This role offers the opportunity to guide and elevate Agile delivery across multiple cross-functional product teams in a dynamic digital environment. You will lead Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and enable teams to consistently deliver high-value outcomes while fostering self-organization and accountability. Acting as a coach and facilitator, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, and UX teams to align priorities, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement. The position allows for significant impact on team performance and organizational Agile maturity, supporting broader transformation initiatives and promoting a culture of collaboration, transparency, and innovation. This remote role is ideal for professionals passionate about Agile leadership, high-performing teams, and delivering measurable business value.
Accountabilities:- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Remove impediments, proactively manage risks, and ensure sprint commitments are met.
- Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, and UX teams to align priorities and delivery outcomes.
- Drive team maturity in backlog refinement, estimation, velocity tracking, and story splitting.
- Promote self-organization, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration within and across teams.
- Support broader Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to the organizations Agile maturity roadmap.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Leader, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach within software development environments.
- Strong command of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint forecasting, and velocity management.
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain high-performing, self-directed teams.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience; strong professional English communication skills required.
- Preferred: Experience in highly regulated environments and enterprise-scale Agile transformations.
