Position Summary:
The Production Associate – 2nd Shift is responsible for executing daily production tasks such as prep, printing, pressing, and packaging of products. This team member ensures product quality and accuracy, maintains a clean workspace, and supports overall team throughput during the evening shift. The production Associate is also responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and staging wholesale orders to meet brand and shipping standards. This role ensures timely and quality order fulfillment while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
-Execute production processes including cleaning, printing, pressing, and assembling drinkware
-Follow daily production assignments and quality control standards
-Assist in set-up and clean-up of work areas
-Maintain a safe and organized workstation
-Collaborate with team to meet shift quotas and timelines
-Report defective materials or unsafe conditions to leadership
-Support cross-training on production lines
-Fulfill wholesale orders accurately and on time
-Print and apply shipping labels and verify contents
-Maintain high standards of packaging and presentation
-Follow safety protocols and warehouse organization practices
-Assist with inventory restock and sample preparation
Qualifications:
-Ability to stand, lift, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment
-Able to lift 35+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods
-Attention to detail and ability to follow verbal/written instructions
-Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
-Must be able to work 2nd shift hours (e.g., 4:00 PM–10:00 PM or similar)
