Resident Care Associate (LNA, MNA, CNA, HHA)
Hampton, New Hampshire

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
3:00 PM - 11: 00 PM: Full Time, Part Time (Sign On Bonus of $1250 offered for Full Time 3-11 staff)
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Part Time
PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $21 - $22 per hour based on work experience; We do offer shift differentials (additional pay for certain hours)

WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO:
  • Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
  • Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
  • Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
  • Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
  • Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
  • Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), preferred
  • Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
  • Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
  • Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
