• Design, develop, document, test, and deploy scalable software applications supporting enterprise healthcare systems
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify improvements in performance, cost efficiency, and usability
• Build new applications and enhance existing systems using modern software engineering practices and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, project managers, clinicians, and leadership to gather requirements and refine solutions
• Develop and maintain APIs, relational database structures, and backend services to ensure system integration and data integrity
• Contribute to architectural decisions and assess system-level impacts across components and subsystems
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, including code reviews and design recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of software development experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong expertise in C# and .NET framework with hands-on experience building enterprise applications
• Experience with REST and SOAP-based services and SOA architecture
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Angular, React, or TypeScript
• Strong experience in API development and integration using Microsoft technologies
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application development and deployment
• Solid understanding of relational database design and Microsoft SQL technologies
• Experience working on large-scale, high-availability enterprise systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Healthcare IT or clinical systems experience is highly preferred
