In this role, you will play a key part in powering outbound growth by building, structuring, and optimizing high-quality prospecting data systems. You will go beyond traditional market research by designing scalable workflows, improving data accuracy, and enabling more effective outbound campaigns through structured insights and automation. Working closely with sales development and account teams, you will ensure that targeting strategies are precise, enriched, and continuously refined based on real-time feedback. The role blends research, data operations, and process optimization in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will also leverage modern tools and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and campaign performance. This is an opportunity to directly influence pipeline generation and outbound effectiveness at scale.
- Structure and streamline outbound research workflows, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of prospecting data
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve outbound databases aligned with ICP and campaign requirements
- Design and launch outbound campaigns by identifying new data sources, intent signals, and targeting strategies
- Develop and optimize data enrichment and automation workflows using tools such as Clay, Apollo, and N8N
- Use scraping tools and AI platforms to enhance data sourcing, enrichment, and scalability
- Ensure high CRM data quality in HubSpot, including validation, deduplication, and standardization
- Segment and distribute leads and accounts based on ICP, territory, and outbound priorities
- Collaborate closely with SDRs and AEs to gather feedback and continuously refine targeting and data quality
- Establish structured feedback loops to improve outbound effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Monitor database performance, identify gaps, and proactively improve coverage and accuracy
- 3–5 years of experience in market research, outbound data operations, sales research, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with outbound tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including data governance, hygiene, and structuring
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as N8N and familiarity with AI-assisted workflows
- Knowledge of data scraping and enrichment techniques for lead generation
- Strong understanding of ICP development and outbound prospecting strategies
- Ability to design and scale structured, repeatable data processes
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with sales and incorporate feedback effectively
