Manager, Accounting & Financial Services at Goshen Health – Goshen, Indiana

Reporting to the Director of Financial Services, this position is responsible for accurate financial information and reporting. This position oversees the accounting, accounts payable, fixed asset management, and payroll functions of the health system. The Manager of Accounting Services will provide assistance in the development of annual operating and capital budgets, including ongoing monitoring and analysis of budget performance. This position will be responsible for the preparation and submission of all financial information related to 990 preparation and the annual audit. The Manager will collaborate with leadership of Financial Services in the development of various financial analyses and pro formas in support of leaders across all service lines in the organization.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Education

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration/Management.

Preferred Education

Master’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration.

Minimum Experience

3 or more years of accounting and financial management experience. Strong knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, and other office suite applications required.

Preferred Experience

Multi-company experience preferred.

Preferred Certifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
