We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Supervisor to assist in leading a team independently while maintaining a culture of excellence, hospitality, and positivity.

Requirements:
Ability to work independently in assigned areas
Two years of experience in a mental health care facility. Supervisory experience preferred
Masters degree required
LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of florida required
Specific Areas of Responsibility:
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of standards of practice.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Code of Ethics.
- Knowledge of clinical functions within the organization.
- Works closely with management from all fields.
- Functions as leader for clinical staff
- Provides clear lines of responsibility and accountability within clinical department.
- Oversees general daily operations from a clinical and administrative perspective.
- Provides reports for Clinical Director.
- Assists in planning, and supervising programs and services.
- Perform all duties delegated by Clinical Director.
- Reporting and responding to all client needs.
- Providing individualized therapy for clients.
- Knowledge of AMA blocking and assessment approval.
