About This Position
Medical Office Receptionist
Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Medical Office Receptionist
Work location: 604 South 3rd Street - Suite A Mabank, Texas 75147
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Thursday (8:30am - 5:00pm), Friday (9:00am - 2:00pm), Rotating Saturdays (9:00am - 1:00pm)

Here's What You Need:
• Perform a variety of general administrative support duties associated with the patient intake process and perform routine duties within the clinic
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Schedule appointments according to office guidelines
• Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collect copays and deductible amounts
• Prepare charts for patients' appointments making sure all necessary information is complete

- Six months of Healthcare experience in a clinical setting, or Customer Service experience in a clinical setting or office environment (PREFERRED)
- Insurance Verification experience (PREFERRED)
- Bilingual - English/Spanish (PREFERRED)
