Registered Dental Hygienist | Full Time | $10k Sign On Bonus

We are a busy dental practice seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional preventive care in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

• 1-hour lunch

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Starting at $40.00 Per Hour

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental hygiene procedures including cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatments, and patient education

• Update and maintain accurate patient records and medical histories

• Assist the dentist with procedures and ensure patient comfort throughout visits

• Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, sterile environment

• Promote patient wellness through excellent care and communication

Requirements:

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in Ohio

• At least 2 years of dental hygiene experience preferred

• Skilled in taking dental x-rays and using CAD software

• Familiar with Dentrix or other Dental Practice Management Software

• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and aseptic technique

• Knowledge of medical terminology and dental anatomy

• Experience with imaging equipment a plus
