About the Role:
The Shift Leader plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a fast food establishment during their assigned shift. This position is responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing team members, and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service. The Shift Leader ensures that all safety procedures and company policies are strictly followed to provide a safe environment for both employees and customers. Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a fast food or food service environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and safety procedures.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods during shifts.
- Basic skills in inventory management and record keeping.
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food service industry.
- Certification in food safety or related training.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and order management software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience with janitorial and sanitation protocols in a commercial setting.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during the shift to ensure efficient service and adherence to company standards.

- Manage order selection processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness in fulfilling customer orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Perform janitorial duties as needed to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
- Monitor company sales and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and support business objectives.
