As we continue to grow, we are looking for curious and motivated students who want to learn how the Executive Customer Account Management Team supports a scaling organization.
The ECAM Data & Sales Insights Intern will support the ECAM team by gathering information, maintaining ticket and job accuracy across multiple internal systems, including Salesforce, and helping build reliable data that improves visibility into sales activity and trends. This role focuses on data integrity, reporting support, and process improvement.
The intern will also assist in developing and implementing a structured method for tracking quote follow-ups. This includes both internal coordination and limited customer engagement for follow-up processes related to quotes, status confirmation, and required information.
Responsibilities
What You'll Get to Work On
- Gather and organize data related to tickets, jobs, and sales activity.
- Review and update entries in Salesforce and Simpro to ensure accuracy
and consistency.
- Identify and correct missing or incomplete information across both
platforms.
- Track open items and follow up with internal teams to get needed
details.
- Assist in creating monthly and annual sales visibility data (trend
tracking, what’s completed, pipeline expectations).
- Support the ECAM team by providing clean, usable data that improves
reporting and forecasting.
- Perform general administrative and system-cleanup tasks to support
the ECAM workflow.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business/Data Analytics, Finance, or other related degree
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple small tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Analytical mindset with interest in data and visibility and reporting
