We are growing and looking for a motivated Restoration Claims Coordinator to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Restoration Claims Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting insurance restoration claims throughout the entire life cycle. This role involves communication with clients, insurance companies, and internal departments to ensure each project is handled accurately, efficiently, and according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update job files in DASH, including notes, documentation, and financial data.
• Schedule and manage calendars for Project Managers and Estimators.
• Monitor job progress and provide consistent follow-up from start to completion.
• Conduct customer service calls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Write and submit estimates, change orders, and work orders.
• Coordinate project activity across multiple departments (Emergency Services, Build Back, Plumbing, Environmental, etc.).
• Ensure adherence to all insurance carrier guidelines and program requirements.
• Track claims, manage escalation and reassignment, and support closure and reporting goals.
• Generate reports including divisional labor tracking and financial summaries.
• Act as a liaison for after-hours service communication and business development efforts.
Qualifications:
• Experience with DASH (job/project management system) is required.
• Working knowledge of construction and insurance restoration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction insurance claims.
Physical Requirements
• Prolonged periods of desk and computer work.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
