Training: Must be able to attend orientation and training at the corporate office in Arlington 8am-5pm during the first 1-5 days of hire

Here's What You Need
- Nursing Diploma in Nursing required or
- Associate's degree in Nursing required or
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- 1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
- 1 year of PCCU or Telemetry experience preferred
- Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire and
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care required and maintained quarterly
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire and
- NRPA - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program For staff floating to areas where they will be delivering care and resuscitating neonates required within 90 days of hire
- A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
