Job Title: Contract and Licensing Support Representative

Location: Topeka, KS – Onsite

Department: Annuity Operations

Reporting to: Contract and Licensing Follow-Up Manager

As part of the Annuity Operations team, the Contract and Licensing Support Representative provides outstanding customer service when processing and handling requests from agents, carriers, and internal staff. This role requires timely feedback with any pending contracting requirements to assist in the processing of contracts.
