As a Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the resident experience and driving operational success. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing leasing and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy

• Managing daily property operations and ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction

• Leading and mentoring your on-site team

• Coordinating maintenance, vendor relations, and capital improvements

• Managing budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting

• Cultivating a strong, welcoming community aligned with Uptown’s core values

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license

• 3+ years of experience managing Class A residential properties

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
