Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand travel preferences and expectations

Research and coordinate luxury resorts, premium cruise lines, and curated vacation packages

Manage the reservation and confirmation process with accuracy and efficiency

Provide clear communication regarding itinerary details, travel requirements, and updates

Maintain detailed client records and documentation

Deliver proactive follow-up and service support before, during, and after travel
