Residential & Commercial Sales Consultant (40k Base + Commission | $100K+ Potential)

Lookout Pest Control is hiring a driven, competitive Sales Consultant to grow our Charleston market. This is a $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission role with a clear path to $100K+ for high performers.

What You’ll Own

• Close warm inbound leads (INB)
• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and partnerships
• Conduct property inspections and present customized solutions
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, HOAs, and local businesses
• Partner with technicians and inside sales to maximize opportunities
• Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets

This is a field-based role, you’ll control your schedule, manage your pipeline, and drive your results.

What You Bring

• Sales experience with measurable KPIs (required)
• Confidence closing in person

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in the field and inspect properties (including crawl spaces)

Pest control experience is a plus, but we hire for drive and coach the rest.
