In this role, you will spearhead B2B growth initiatives, focusing on creating scalable demand generation programs. You will be responsible for managing a comprehensive campaign engine that spans multiple channels, refining strategies based on performance metrics, and ensuring continuous improvement. Your hands-on approach will allow you to take concepts from ideation through to execution without the need for an extensive team. - 3+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation.
- Proven track record of running end-to-end campaigns with successful outcomes.
- Strong writing and communication skills tailored for B2B audiences.
- Operational agility; skilled in managing calendars and following up effectively.
