  • Average earnings: $174,058/year
  • First-year reps have earned $150K+
  • Tiered commission plan (the more you sell, the more you earn)
  • Tiered bonus structure

This is a high-activity, high-reward inside sales role.

  • Make ~100 outbound calls per day
  • Connect directly with decision-makers
  • Work from qualified, viable leads (no cold sourcing required)
  • Use a consultative sales approach to uncover needs
  • Close business and hit monthly quotas
  • Leverage referral-based selling strategies
