This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced product designer to take ownership of a critical product area within a fast-growing, globally distributed technology environment. In this role, you will define problems, shape product direction, and design experiences that directly impact how users interact with a complex digital platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to turn ideas into polished, user-centered solutions. The role requires strong strategic thinking, advanced design craft, and the ability to move quickly from concept to testable prototype. You’ll also help raise design standards across the organization while leveraging modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to accelerate innovation and experimentation.
In this role, you will lead the design vision for a key product area and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Own the design strategy and execution for a core product area, from identifying opportunities to delivering fully implemented features.
Define user problems, shape design direction, and drive end-to-end product experiences.
Design complex product flows that support multiple user types while maintaining clarity and usability.
Rapidly prototype concepts using modern design tools and AI-assisted workflows to test ideas and iterate quickly.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and design leadership to align on product goals and execution.
Influence broader product strategy by identifying opportunities and connecting insights across product areas.
Ensure high standards of interaction design, visual design, and usability across delivered experiences.
Provide feedback and guidance to other designers to elevate the overall design quality and processes.
The ideal candidate brings strong product design experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment. Candidates should meet the following criteria:
5–7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex product work and end-to-end design ownership.
Experience leading design for a product area and making strategic design decisions independently.
Proven ability to design sophisticated multi-step user flows across different user personas.
Strong prototyping skills, with the ability to create realistic interactive prototypes.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma for high-fidelity design and collaboration.
Experience working with AI-assisted design or prototyping tools is highly valued.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly in asynchronous environments.
Comfort working in ambiguous environments and iterating rapidly to build strong product solutions.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with engineering and product teams.
