Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet all guests upon arrival with a positive and professional demeanor
Manage reservations and walk-in seating through the host stand or digital reservation system
Maintain waitlists and communicate accurate wait times when needed
Escort guests to their tables and inform them of their server’s name and any relevant offerings
Provide clear directions and assistance to guests navigating the venue (e.g., dining area, play zones, locker rooms)
Work closely with the restaurant and floor teams to optimize table turns and guest flow
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with to-go orders or special requests
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and entry areas
Be a brand ambassador—uphold Ballers standards of hospitality, appearance, and energy

Qualifications
Prior experience as a host or in guest-facing hospitality preferred
Confident, warm, and well-spoken, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with reservation and POS systems (training provided)
Able to stand for extended periods and work nights, weekends, and holidays
A team player who thrives in a dynamic, social environment
