Teacher Support Specialist - Vocational Program

Are you passionate about empowering students to gain independence and build meaningful careers? Join Latham Centers as a Job Coach and make a real difference! In this role, you’ll mentor and guide students (ages 14+) by identifying their strengths, exploring career paths, and creating personalized vocational plans in collaboration with our Career Services Manager. You’ll use creativity and community resources to provide hands-on instruction, support, and positive role modeling, helping students develop the confidence and skills they need for success. No experience is required—we provide full training to help you succeed!

Location: Brewster, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $20.00–$21.50 per hour (based on experience)
