This role provides a unique opportunity to shape and deliver enterprise-level technical solutions that transform customer engagement. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will act as the technical authority on platform capabilities and integrations, guiding customers from pre-sales consultation through post-sales implementation. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to design scalable, innovative solutions that leverage AI, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems. Your work will directly influence customer success, adoption of advanced technologies, and strategic expansion initiatives. This position requires a combination of deep technical expertise, consultative problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across large organizations. You will be empowered to lead architectural design, implement best practices, and contribute to long-term technology strategy while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
Serve as the primary technical authority on platform capabilities, integration options, and architectural best practices.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to define pre-sales solution architecture and post-sales implementation strategies.
Design and deliver enterprise-scale solutions leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), CRM systems, automation, and AI/ML technologies.
Conduct technical discovery, problem-solving, and architecture planning for customer deployments.
Manage complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment with internal teams and customer stakeholders, from executives to end-users.
Capture customer feedback to inform product strategy and guide future technical innovations.
Develop and maintain documentation, technical blueprints, and best practices for scalable, high-impact deployments.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and data systems.
Proven expertise with Contact Center infrastructure (e.g., AWS Connect, Genesys, Five9) and integrations (APIs, iPaaS, UI integrations).
Deep understanding of Generative AI solutions and enterprise software implementations.
Strong technical and consultative skills to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple timelines, dependencies, and project deliverables.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution adoption.
Willingness to travel as needed or participate in frequent virtual meetings across EST–PST time zones.
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
