The Opportunity

You will play a vital role in the field operations team, transforming raw sites into finished structural and decorative assets. This position offers a massive runway for achievement, rewarding your technical precision and willingness to mentor others in a high-growth environment.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Set up complex formwork and reinforcement for residential and commercial footings, walls, and slabs.

• Execute professional finishing techniques for flatwork, including screeding, floating, and troweling to exact specifications.

• Coordinate with the Foreman to prepare sites efficiently, ensuring all subgrade and forms are grade-perfect.

• Adapt to a variety of field tasks, from site demolition and prep to final architectural coatings and sealing.

• Mentor and teach junior crew members the nuances of concrete behavior and finishing timing.

• Maintain a positive, collaborative attitude while working in a fast-paced team environment to meet our schedules.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in concrete setup and finishing.

• Strong technical understanding of concrete mix properties, curing times, and finishing tools.

• Proficiency in setting forms for various applications, including walls and flatwork.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Ability to work overtime and perform physically demanding labor in various outdoor conditions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience with specialized industrial coatings or decorative stamped concrete.

• Proven track record of working effectively within a diverse field operations team.

• Ability to read and interpret basic site plans and elevation markings.
