About This Position
POSITION SUMMARY | |
Account managing and associated duties. Provides administrative support and assistance to Inside Sales/Customer Care Manager. To process customer orders timely and accurately for assigned accounts. Maintain complete customer satisfaction. | |
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: | |
Account managing. Assigned duties to maintain a high level of customer care. Enter meaningful customer feedback in sales and quality systems. Maintain customer specifications and Customer Guaranteed Inventories.

Backup for the Inside Sales / Customer Care Supervisor | |
Some customer or other Web Industries site travel required | |
Performs any other function or responsibility as assigned | |
Additional REQUIRED Qualifications/Skills: | |
1. High school diploma or equivalent and three years plus of experience in Customer Service are required. | |
2. Computer experience with Excel, Word and the ability to type 40 WPM. | |
3. Ability to communicate effectively in verbal form is desired and written form is necessary. | |
Additional PREFERRED Qualifications/Skills: | |
1. One to three years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service are required. Computer experience with Excel, and Word and Outlook. | |
2. Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form is necessary. Experience with ERP systems. |
