We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team, focusing specifically on managing and converting customer referrals. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary contact for warm leads generated through our established client base, leveraging their positive experiences to drive new sales opportunities. Your success will depend on your ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and guide them through the window selection and sales process to a successful close, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Perform effective online demos to prospects

Skills

• Proven inside sales experience preferred but not required.
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
