What You'll Do:

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs
• Educate homeowners on HVAC solutions, including system upgrades and energy-efficient options

• Work closely with our installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge

What We're Looking For:

• Sales experience in HVAC, home improvement, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong ability to present solutions and close sales
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
