About This Position
Tasty Brands is looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will manage sales in a specific Region (Southeast). All these regions are highly developed territories that are paved for growth. In this role, you will work with existing customers, build winning relationships with various school food service directors, and K12 distributor coordinators. You will increase sales by becoming a trusted partner with our customers and our long-term local brokers.
Tasty Brands products are high quality, taste great, meet nutritional guidelines, are priced for the K12 school foodservice market, and increase participation. We participate in all industry events, and offer products in each category, including breakfast, lunch, supper/summer, and after school. Our products are easy to present and are fun to offer, coupled with outstanding customer service support.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Seeks out new opportunities and sell Tasty Brands products to the K-12 School Foodservice
- Market Meets, and/or exceeds annual budgeted sales goals
- Communicates clearly, frequently and professionally with customers to ensure high retention
- Supports and works trade show
- Retains existing clients, grows relationships with new/potential clients, and ensures the utmost integrity while representing Tasty Brands in these and all other relationships
- Increase sales through superior client relations and new client development, while maintaining the highest possible integrity
Qualifications:
- 5 years selling experience in food industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, as well as excellent listening skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel
- Self-motivator, disciplined, strong work ethic
- Ability to travel often and able to endure the physical rigors associated with travel
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 60% Travel Required – 25 -30 weeks per year: 2-3 days per week
