This role is a hands-on, high-impact position responsible for leading end-to-end executive search processes for senior and C-suite roles across global markets. You will partner closely with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, conducting structured interviews, and guiding the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation. The position requires a strategic mindset to map markets, engage passive candidates, and drive diversity-aware sourcing practices. You will leverage analytics and KPIs to continuously improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience. Operating in a fully remote environment, you will contribute to shaping the organization’s leadership teams while maintaining employer branding and compliance across regions. This role combines deep recruitment expertise, cross-cultural collaboration, and global market knowledge, offering exposure to diverse industries and talent pools.
- Run full-cycle executive searches for senior and executive positions, including search strategy, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, market maps, and networks for core functions and products.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, events, and targeted outreach, ensuring consistent employer brand messaging.
- Conduct structured interviews and scorecards, advising hiring managers on assessment and calibration.
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate closing, and benchmark compensation effectively.
- Track, report, and optimize recruiting KPIs and candidate experience metrics in partnership with People Analytics.
- Coach hiring managers on best practices, diversity-aware hiring, and process compliance (GDPR/local laws).
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of hands-on executive search experience in-house or with retained search firms.
- Proven success placing mid-senior to executive-level candidates (Director, VP, C-suite, or equivalent).
- Experience recruiting for technology-driven or high-growth industries (SaaS, FinTech, Consumer Tech, Marketplace, or related sectors).
- Knowledge of global markets with experience recruiting across EMEA and understanding CIS technology landscapes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with ATS systems, structured interview processes, and recruitment compliance frameworks.
